Consent
Consent, recorded properly every time.
Record what the person agreed to, who gave consent and how. When someone cannot decide, the capacity assessment and best interests decision sit on the same record.
Free for 30 days. Consent records are part of your plan.

From everyday care to photos and restrictions, each consent gets its own record with a reference number.
