Build only what CQC asked for.

Choose the people, the records and the dates. Add the reason or CQC request reference, and it is printed on the cover.

Person records pack

Care plans, risk assessments, care logs, body maps, fluid charts and more, for the people CQC chose. Names can show as initials, with addresses and contact details left out.

Service evidence pack

The whole service, set out under Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led, with quality statement references. Staff appear as initials and job role.

Gaps come first. A pack can be built once its critical gaps and warnings are cleared, so what you send is complete.
