Who can use Care Pathway Pro?

Care Pathway Pro is designed for various user roles within care organisations. Organisation Admins have full access to manage their organisation’s data and staff. Organisation Managers can oversee teams and access reports. Organisation Employees (care staff) can access service user records and complete daily care tasks. Organisation DSLs (Designated Safeguarding Leads) have special access to safeguarding features. Each role has carefully configured permissions to ensure staff can access the information they need while maintaining data security and confidentiality.
