Your plan and seats are managed on the Upgrade page. Organisation admins and managers can open it.
Plans. There are three plans: Essential, Pro and Enterprise. You can pay monthly or yearly, and paying yearly costs less. The page shows your current plan and today’s prices.
Seats. There are two kinds of seat:
- Employee seats, one for each staff account.
- Service user seats, one for each person you support.
Use the plus and minus buttons under Add Extra Seats to add or remove seats. The extra monthly cost is shown before you confirm.
Payments are taken securely by card. For questions about a payment or an invoice, raise a ticket in the Ticket Centre and our team will help.
